We provide legal consultancy services to our clients who are looking to settle in Turkey for residential or business purposes.

Dilara Hasanova is one of the founding partners of the firm with experience of over 13 years. Her practice is focused on corporate and commercial, mergers and acquisitions, banking and finance and intellectual property practice areas. She has been involved in various commercial transactions and advised foreign and Turkish companies on their joint ventures, conducted the due diligence processes, drafted and negotiated SHAs, SPAs and JV agreements as well as prepared and re-structured numerous commercial agreements including distributorship, franchising, licensing and intellectual property agreements.
